This post is a little different. Recently we had the opportunity to read "Full Circle Marketing" by Wayne Mullins of Ugly Mug Marketing. By the conclusion, we knew this was a read for every business owner.


When Wayne opened the book with "Effective Marketing Shouldn't be Expensive," we were thrilled. We have said it once and we will say it again, Paper Bird Agency is about teaching small business owners to market themselves and evaluate their strategy. This empowers YOU to hire the right professionals and experts.


Wayne has a way of breaking down marketing strategy in tangible ways. He regularly asks the reader to pause and look at their own strategy (or lack there of). His breakdown demystifies marketing and advertising. Let me tell you, big name marketers make their money by creating confusion in the marketing industry. DO NOT LET ANYONE CONVINCE YOU THAT MARKETING IS CONFUSING.


One of my favorite aspects of "Full Circle Marketing" is the focus on fostering relationships with existing clients and customers as the most important part of your marketing strategy. Brining in new clients is important, but keeping them is where magic is made. Knowing another marketing firm believes in this like we do gives me all the flock feels!
